Re-Enrollment Process
The Legacy Office of Membership Management and Programs (OMMP) manages over 1,900 children's accounts. To keep an organized process, we have created this Re-Enrollment Process.
Once a membership has ended, families must complete a re-enrollment application below to restart the child’s membership in certain situations.
If your child attended Legacy at any point from September 2024- June 2025:
You are eligible to complete an application if these circumstances apply:
Membership was closed due to lapse or non-payment by the invoice's due date, resulting in a closed account.
Membership was closed by the OMMP due to repeated late pick-up dismissals.
The parent/guardian closed membership by completing a membership cancellation form during the 2025-2026 school year.
Please note:
This reinstatement will take up to three to five business days for it to be processed by the Office of Membership Management & Programs (OMPP).
Filling out this form DOES NOT GUARANTEE services to be restored; this form is a request.
There is NO expedited processing.
Child Care WILL NOT be provided under any circumstances until notified by the OMMP.
If your request is approved (in sequence):
You will receive an email from the Legacy Office of Membership Management (OMMP) notifying you that your application can proceed, and payment is required to complete the re-enrollment and sign a new membership agreement.
Your card will then be charged the monthly membership plan you select below, a $55 application fee, and a Reinstatement Fee of $20.
If you have any outstanding invoices and or charges for unpaid child care that was provided under your closed account. That balance will need to be paid, inclusive of the above.
The Office of Membership Management & Programs will confirm a start date.
HOW MEMBERSHIP AT LEGACY WORKS… A BRIEF EXPLANATION
Legacy does not provide refunds or transfer funds paid to another account, family, child, or relative.
Legacy only charges for child care you will NEED/USE rather than providing care and awaiting payment. Therefore, non-payment by the end of the subscription month will close your care account.
Payments are the same monthly and are due by the due date listed on your invoice. Invoices are emailed periodically before they are due to your email on file, AND available on the ProCare app, AND on the Home Screen of the ProCare App. If child care is needed, it is the responsibility of the account holder to ensure that the payment is made on or before the due date.
If your account was on autopay, Legacy will make three attempts to charge your card on file. If the card was declined, the account will close.
Legacy may notify using the “ Legacy Alerts" system or by email, alerting that a membership will end. If payment is not received by that due date, the membership will end. Meanwhile, another family will be pulled from our waiting list.
If the membership ends, you will NOT be provided care. ProCare will automatically deactivate, and the program staff will not be able to accept your child. You will be required to complete a re-enrollment process application and wait for the processing time as mentioned above.
Monthly Membership Fees Effective 12/27/24
